That would be Gen. David Petraeus, who says the U.S. violated Geneva Conventions.

    “W” said we should trust General Petraeus. For once he may have been right. I’ll go with the guy who’s been there and seen it all.

      I don’t care what any one says about the general, I liked him. I doubt he’s been entirely honest — that’s not necessarily a point in his favor, considering his position, I guess — but yeah. He’s been there.
