According to the Politico Web site, when Coleman learned that the address actually belonged to the congressman’s brother, he responded on a blog: “Do you mean I posted his brother’s address on my Facebook? Oh well, collateral damage.”

Oh, and then he goes on to say that he never expected anything like THAT, no, really, honest, he just thought people would like to TALK to Pereillo to express their discontent.
Bullshit. He could have posted the congressman’s office address(es), phone number(s), and email. He could have directed readers to the congressman’s website and contact page. But nooooooo!
At least, I hope that’s how a judge sees it.
