DickG. send this, a CNN story about how in some states, marriage between same-sex couples is not allowed, and so divorce between same-sex couples is not allowed.

Things can get complicated.

    I bet same sex divorces will get Full Faith and Credit recognition long before same sex marriage.
    You don’t need a lawyer to get married.
