Fox News took a poll where people could choose Oprah or Sec. of State Hillary Clinton or former Vice President Al Gore to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice David Souter.
They could have opened the field up more. Who do you have in mind to replace Justice Souter? And remember: The justice doesn’t have to be a lawyer, so feel free to nominate yourself.

If you won’t take it, I think we should nominate Colin McEnroe. He’s, y’know, pretty smart, and seems to have an interest in fairness, and he knows a LOT of STUFF, AND he often described himself as a black lesbian on his show, so how could we lose?
