Although I hope Pelosi is right, it baffles me that any politician would make a statement like that. There is NO WAY for any of them to know how the court will rule. Expressing a hoped for outcome is one thing. Stating it as a fact is nuts.

Well…you know, Nancy…if the constitutionality of Obamacare was “ironclad,” we wouldn’t be waiting for a decision from the Supreme Court, would we?
