That’s not original with me. It comes from this link, sent by Cynical (and thanks for that, Cynical!). But I kind of think these folks got it started.

I think a caricature that included both men and women gynoticians would be more appropriate.
While I sympathize with the outrage of Eyesbright, this is not the “first time in 24 years that Congress had attempted to block a D.C. law from taking effect.” Marco Rubio has introduced legislation in March of this year to end DC’s strict gun control laws and restrict DC from enacting any further gun control laws. Congress has also been threatening action this year if DC implements any form of marijuana legalization. Needle exchange programs, abortion funding, same-sex marriage have all been placed in Congressional gun sights in just the last few years.
