The Beat of the Street (Hartford’s street newspaper, which has grown from a handful of readers to 5,500 monthly subscriptions, is looking to raise some money for their BOTS (Beat of the Street) Pots. The pots include vegetables planted in pots around Hartford, free for the taking.
The pots program (all of this is part of the fabulous Charter Oak Cultural Center) has been chosen from a field of over 4,000 applicants for the State Farm Neighborhood Assist program! If the program makes it into the top 40, that’s $25,000 for BOTS Pots.
