Interesting. Here in Hartford County it’s 64.2 % white, 12.7 black, 16.6 Hispanic overall. But look at the 0-4 years age group! It’s only 46.4 % white, with 15 black and 27.8 Hispanic. THIS is what scares the heck out of some whites, f’sher.
