I took their short quiz and found that I can’t get permanent residency as a retiree unless I have more than $300K in the bank. And I have no skills that they need, like farming. I guess I could still live there 6 months minus 1 day of the year, or something.

I’d vote for them but they are far too nice to survive American politics (OK, Harper and that Toronto mayor might fit in). Plus with 34 million of them, you would deforest the continent to print the ballots.
