Texas dean quits over campus carry laws

Frederick Steiner, University of Texas School of Architecture dean, is leaving over concerns about the state’s campus carry law, which goes into effect in August.

This son of a Marine who grew up hunting says there’s no place for guns on campus. He’ll start on July 1 as dean at University of Pennsylvania School of Design, where guns are banned from campus.
