Why can’t some neighborhoods thrive?

pcr1368Because our federal government codified a policy of dis-investment, through redlining and unfair mortgage practices. This started nearly a century ago, and it continues today.

        This is still going on. Banks and real estate brokers have become a little more sophisticated in their tactics, but the illegal activity continues.
