  2. I do think it’s a capital idea.
    The last sentence in the article….

    Paris may be talking up key aspects of its social equality policies, but elsewhere in this wealthy city, it’s largely business as usual.

    …does give me pause. But I still think it’s a good capital…as in $560 million dollars…idea.
