I like the whole Lysistrata story and approach. Men need to be told, in the most uncertain and forcible terms , that their ridiculous Machismo will NOT be tolerated.
A dedicated and committed slap upside the head always worked on me…not that I ever got as far as machismo. But still…after three or four of those one begins to reconsider cost/benefit analyses.
