  1. There’s no such thing as “leftist progressives.” “Progressives” today are a faction of centrist neoliberal bourgeois reformism, (doing the same thing over and over again promising different results each time): The Democratic Party. Leftism, in America, begins where the Democratic Party ends. “Progressives” promise reform. Leftists demand change. As such, the pairing of those two words results in a contradiction in terms.

There’s nothing shadowy about 527 groups, without which the All Holey Republican Party wouldn’t have a freakin’ dime to support its candidates.

But Wallnau’s description of how many 527s operate is fairly accurate. (Except for the witchcraft nonsense.) The purpose of 527s is to sway public opinion. He just neglects to say that paradigm is business as usual for all political predilections in America, including the willfully ignorant proto-fascist right-wing Christian freakazoids he represents. (Discover the Networks is a perfect illustration.) The Supreme Court calls it Free Speech®.

“Shadow cabinet” and “shadow government,” Deep State, postulations, (paranoia?), are not exclusive to the right-wing. See here. However, the satanism/witchcraft angle is not as prevalent as it is among True Believers™. Which should come…really…as no surprise given the foundations of their sincerely held beliefs.

  2. Well, we all know that Jim Bakker is a Really Reputable Source about all things Satan. As for me, I’m going to get out my broomstick and black cat and honor the spirit of Alse Young tonight. You remember Alse: a Windsor resident who was the first woman to be executed for witchcraft in Connecticut. Fly high, sisters!

  3. Susan – you don’t need to steal it; I give it to you as a gift!
