No. You don’t have to “get along” with Glenn Beck.
He’s just trying to refresh his media marketshare. I’m sure his metrics took a hit after opposing the Trump candidacy. He’s always relied upon, and profited from, the credulous character of large swaths of the American public. There’s is no such thing as a kinder, gentler Glenn Beck. He’s an unprincipled opportunist.
I’m actually surprised people are taking the Bee interview so seriously.
If you want to try and get along with somebody try George Will. He actually used the term “working class” in a recent WaPo article. And he thinks Obama and Trump share an authoritarian “swagger.”
