Enfield’s bans “aggressive panhandling,” Albuquerque gives out jobs

The Courant reported this week that the town of Enfield has passed a law to ban “aggressive panhandling.” Meanwhile, Albuquerque is giving panhandlers jobs. C’mon, Enfield. Criminalizing poverty never works. Ever. And thanks, Kimberley, for the link.
