A rising tide lifts only a few boats — mostly the bigger ones

This year’s Kids Count Data Book says that the economic recovery we’re all enjoying is pushing right past many low-income families — many of those here, in Connecticut, where overall, the state ranks sixth in the nation for child well-being.
