As far as top leadership positions go, we mean. Patricia Arquette spent part of her Oscar acceptance speech talking about gender equality. Hillary Clinton just gave a speech out in Silicon Valley discussing it. A new Pew Research Center poll explores why there aren’t more women in management, or in top political jobs.
