I only wrote one poem in my whole life that I liked. If I write another one, sure. Do you write poetry?
I don’t know if you’d call it real poetry, because I’m not trained in anything that involves putting words together. Upon inspiration, I’ve written a few things and then stowed them away in various hidden nooks around the house.
I just go ahead and burn ’em.
I’ve saved every one. Burning them sounds like suicide to me since they are bits of me. Maybe someday I’ll let go and find each one and have a giant, happy bonfire.
